They played this song on SNL and it blew me away. I haven't been blown away by a song on SNL since Red Hot Chili Peppers closed out their SNL gig with "Under the Bridge" back in the early 90's.
I had to get the song the next day. I will be listening to this for years!

It usually takes me a few listens to really decide if I like a song, but this one had me from the very first time. I don't know what deal Fleet Foxes made with the devil to create something so catchy, but they did it. Watch out, though--it's one of those songs that you can't get out of your head when you're trying to go to sleep. That's quite a compliment when the chorus is mostly made up of a variety of "ooh"s! I especially love the bridge, when they suddenly channel the very best of Crosby, Stills, and Nash. Fantastic!

This is a 5 song ep that was released around the same time as their full length album. Every song is unique/not on the full album and every song happens to be good. Especially the title track which is as good as the best songs on the other release. 3 songs truly stand out. The 1st and last songs aren't as good as the meat of the album but they're still great. Simply put, if you like Fleet Foxes then you'll like this. I love it.

I heard them on SNL and was astounded. Had to get "Fleet Foxes" and this song as well. It's got the highest replay count on my iPod already. Reminds me of my feckless youth spent listening to early Neil Young. I agree that they sound a lot like My Morning Jacket.
