Most people are aware of the quality and uses for Mylanta. What's great about buying through Amazon is that you can find the exact type of Mylanta and have it shipped quick! I got tired of trying to find this product as it was sometimes in the stores I frequent, and sometimes not... Amazon has fixed that problem. Also, you can set it up to be auto delivered withing certain timeframes. Also convenient.

I have searched the internet and have not found this item in stock for purchase anywhere... dispite the doctor's order to use Mylanta Antacid Ultimate Cool Mint Chewables the next time I think I am having a heart attack!

Why are they unavailable dispite all the marketing?

Not even Mylanta can give me an answer!

Must I wait until my time runs out?

Why is the 70-tab size so hard to find locally? And the 35-tab, when I can find them, costs almost as much as the 70-tab did just a few months ago.
Really. Don't they sell enough in grocery and discount stores to justify shelf space? Or is this a J&J marketing ploy?

The product lost a star for lack of availability, though that doesn't seem to be a problem here. I'm not sure how long I'll be able to get this shipped free (with additional purchases) and untaxed (Texas is pressuring (suing?) Amazon for sales tax).

Cool Mint works great, for me. I tried higher-profile OTC antacids and sometimes had to chew 2 or 3. Then I read Consumer Reports rating Cool Mint tops. One tab is usually good for hours, or days, if I quit abusing myself with the spicy BBQ sauce.

If you are a casual user of OTC antacids and haven't tried Cool Mint, I bet after you try them you won't want to give them up.

If you are on a proton pump inhibitor (Prilosec, Zegerid, etc) and have acid break through during the 24 hour period, this is the ONLY antacid recommended by doctors to take. I use the tablets for convenience..surely liquid would work too. But, at 2 a.m., who wants to pour liquid in a cup and drink it? These tablets work and are hard to find. Amazon ships quickly too!
