I am very satisfied with my purchase of this paella pan. I have used it several times and the paella comes out perfectly every time. I required the smaller size due to the size of my gas barbecue but the size works for me. It easily holds enough paella for four adult servings. The pan cleans easily and looks great after several uses and cleanings. Definitely recommend this paella pan.

A great Paella Pan to help make a great dish. Its heavy, and heats really well. I just need to figure out how to make the soccarat!
