5.0 out of 5 stars 965 Dream Lace Tisha Le Mystere bra
I am a fit specialist and very familiar with this bra.

The design and fabrication of this bra is as close to perfect as I have found in this type style. Definitely designed for lift and support. However, with the lace trim, gives a beautiful, feminine look to a fuller fit bra. Which sometimes are not so pretty.

Here's what I really like about...

3.0 out of 5 stars Better than most
Ok, I admit it, this bra is better than most Lane Bryant bras (which surprisingly I just found a few that kind of worked for me after 3 years of trying) but for the price this bra should be PERFECT- and it is not. I love the fact it is low cut, and supportive/sucks in the side boobs. But its slightly itchy (lace) and the wires poke a little bit when you bend and move. And...

5.0 out of 5 stars 965 Dream Lace Tisha Le Mystere bra, March 19, 2011
This review is from: Le Mystere Women's Dream Tisha Lace (Apparel)
I am a fit specialist and very familiar with this bra.

The design and fabrication of this bra is as close to perfect as I have found in this type style. Definitely designed for lift and support. However, with the lace trim, gives a beautiful, feminine look to a fuller fit bra. Which sometimes are not so pretty.

Here's what I really like about this bra, it is designed to look like a cami. So if you lean over and lace happens to show, looks like you are wearing a cami. You don't have to buy cami and a bra,,, it's both. This comes in lots of colors,, so it's a real winner.

This fits true to size. It is not a cheap bra,,, you can tell that by just looking at this. Every thing about the design of this bra is for full lift and support. Plus this bra will last. If you are full fit,,, please do not expect a $40 bra to lift and support correctly all day long,,, for a year. Because it will not happen. At that price,,, they just cannot put in enough design features to offer all day full support over time. For a couple of months yes,,, but then,,, the support starts to go and then the bust is at the elbow again. The best way to think about bras, is to compare them to shoes. Every style fits different,,,try them on (be fitted by specialist) the better quality the more design features that can be added for comfort, fit and support. For bras, firm under wire and stays for lift/support with additional layers of cushioning for added comfort, more expensive fabric for support and durability, strong power net band for full support all day long. Just a few design elements that cheaper bras just don't have.

Here's the real secret to making your bras last. If you are full fit, C/D cup need four well fitting supportive bras. If you are fuller DD - DDDDD, get at least 6 bras. Here is why this is so important, the larger the bust the more pressure on the fabric. Plus if you only have two bras that you wear,,, then body oils break down fibers in the fabric and support is lost. However, women don't realize this and keeping wearing for a year,,, with the bust hanging down to the elbow and breast tissue stretching out.

Bust should be at the natural bust line,,, midpoint between shoulders and elbow. How to tell this,,, look at your profile in a mirror. It's easier to see in a side view. If the bust is closer to the elbow,,, that bra is not fitting correctly or giving support. Plus all the weight of the bust is on your shoulders and back.

I want to be clear hear on correct bra terminology,,, this is NOT a padded bra. It's a 1/4" fiberfill cup,,, which is called a CONTOUR cup. A padded bra is very thick, to make you look bigger.

A contour cup has structure, to give you lift and support and keep the bust at the natural bust line. Not to make you look larger,,, it's to get the bust up away from the belly and allow your clothing to fit correctly.

5.0 out of 5 stars FANTASTIC!!!, January 1, 2008

I LOVE THIS BRA!!! I am a full-figured lady and have tried all of the bras from Lane Bryant and was NEVER Comfortable. I decided to suck-it up, shell out the $72 and try this bra. I have never been so happy to spend the money. This bra never pokes my sides, digs into my shoulders, and provides support all day. I am very pleased with this bra and see why it is Oprah recommended. I definitely suggest this bra to anyone who is tired of the pain and suffering associated with cheap bras.

5.0 out of 5 stars great bra, August 16, 2009

I found this bra to be fairly pretty for a large bra. Large bras don't tend to be pretty. The straps are not those gigantic straps that a lot of large bras tend to be. Also, there was padding. Some people like this and some people don't. I preferably like and need this. I found that a 34E is comparable to most 34DDD sizes.

5.0 out of 5 stars Money Well Spent, April 24, 2008
This is by far the best bra I have EVER owned. I know it's pricey but believe me you get what you pay for. I am a 36 DDD, and have never found a bra that was comfortable. I always thought I needed a bra with thick straps to comfortable but when it fits properly around your torso, it doesn't put the same pressure on your shoulders. Buy one now. You will not regret it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Looks Ugly but my boobs look GREAT in it !, May 13, 2007
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I'm 55 and wear a 40B. I've tried Olgas, Bali, Breezie, Penny's brand, etc. and this fits, fells and looks the best. It looks a bit like a breast plate but one I put a blouse or shirt on, my chest looks 18 again ! So I'm buying another Le Mystiqe in anther style.

And on top of that is sort of gives you the torpedo look- and def. not a cleavage bra. I had high hopes for this bra, and while it was much better than most it was not good enough to justify keeping it based on how much I spent. Maybe it would fit a different body type or size better (For reference I am a 44B).

4.0 out of 5 stars Fits great, slightly itchy, November 29, 2010
Finally found a bra that fit! The lace is a little itchy on the straps, but the fit is perfect (thanks to slightly stretchy fabric). It seems durable, but still looks nice too.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing bra, but don't -74$ for it!, November 24, 2008
This review is from: Le Mystere Women's Dream Tisha Lace (Apparel)
I'm not ganna bore you with a lenghty review on how great this bra is as all I wanted to say is that there is no need to pay 74 dollars on it here in amazon or in a department store like dillards or Macy's. Search for it on EBAY and I guarantee you that you'll find this same exact bra, same brand, model and everything, BRAND NEW with tags, on ebay for 30 dollars or less. Just search for "Le Mystere" and then customize your search further to suit your needs. I have purchased about 3 of its sister bras and 2 of this exact bra now, for all less than 30 dollars each, the most amount being 29.99 and the least amount being 22.00! Including shipping! If you like this bra, you'll LOVE its sister bra the 9955 model (it's basically the same, just without the lace, I like it better)
If you, like me, cannot afford to pay 74 dollars each for 5 of the best bras on earth, there is no need to, even if you can afford to, why waste the money? with ebay you can get it for much less than half the price on the tag. A lot of sellers will even take Money Orders, just ask them.

All I will do is suggest that you take that trip to Macy's or Dillars just in case...and to save yourself some trouble...and try on the bra yourself so you know what size to get online.

I have a review on here that's almost the same as this one, just more lengthy.

http://www.amazon.com/Mystere-Womens-Dream-Tisha-9955/dp/B000RN2CCE/ref=pd_sbs_a_1

I'm telling you, I've tried many many different kinds of bras and they were all either uncomfortable, not lifting enough, and/or cheap quality and didn't last long. This bra is the one! It's perfect, lifts like you wouldn't believe, don't show under T-shirts, and best of all long lasting, and now you know where you can get them for way less than half the price that you'd buy them on here. All you have to do is take the trip to a department store that sells them to make sure you know the size that fits you best.
