I was fitted at Nordstrom for the Le Mystere Tisha bra and applied the same sizing to this bra. I'm a firm believer that right sizing/fit in any bra brand is important.

This bra is perfect for exercising. I'm a 34D and I run, cycle and weight train in it. The girls stay put and are not smooshed at the same time. In fact, I ordered my second Energie bra from Amazon.

The straps in the back don't bother me at all. You just tuck excess under. In fact, there's give so that you can wear it criss-crossed in the back for tanks that show more back. In addition, the straps feel really comfortable as if there's little effort to keeping the girls in place.

I tried several sports bra and this has the benefits of support, comfort and bra-type shape. I highly recommend this bra.

great everyday bra, but not so much for working out. have 34DDD and love le mystere bras for everyday wear. lots of support and comfort

This is a wonderful bra. I will be purchasing more. The fit is great and comfortable. It holds your chest and looks great under clothing. Yes, you need to adjust the straps as the other people mentioned and I have mine all the way to the last hook but it doesnt flap. I just tuck it in. You can't notice it through your clothes or wearing it. To me this is the perfect bra it your looking for attractive and comfortable.

It have had the most difficult time finding a bra that gives me good support, lifts me up, and is comfortable. I hate most underwire bras because they dig in. Bra straps are always loosening. I have literally tried on over a hundred bras. When I put this one on, I felt such relief. I was beginning to despair.
That was about 6 months ago. I have bought a lot more. They are comfortable for trvel, hot weather, as well as sports.

I got this bra to use for working out (I do elliptical, weights and yoga and I'm 36C). It it well-constructed but too structured for an athletic bra. The straps are interesting--they don't have the usual thing to tighten/loosen them. There are lots of little notches along the strap so you have to unhook and rehook them to the bra. The cups are lightly padded. It fit decently but overall it just seemed too structured to be comfortable for working out. It would actually be really nice for an everyday bra if it were in a sleeker fabric (or perhaps as is) but that's not what I was looking for. So far, the perfect athletic bra continues to allude me.

This bra is great!!! It is actually my favorite bra! Supportive, flattering and amazingly comfortable! I am buying 2 more! But it does run a little big, so order a size down if you're between sizes.

This is a really nice sports bra. Fit is superb (34D), straps are adjusted by hooking into loops, lots of loops, easy to switch to cross back style. Have to slip over head when hooked cross back. Very supportive and holds up under high impact work. Plus it looks great...wear it to work and class!

Been searching for quite some time for a sports bra that holds the girls in place without mashing them down. This one is amazing! Admittedly it's pricey, but worth it when nothing else has worked. I wear a 32D (natural, so I need the support), a size which is hard to find anyway, and not only does this come in my size, but it's comfortable to boot. Love that the straps are adjustable, since I like to wear them criss-crossed so they don't fall off my shoulders. I wear this for jogging & hiking, and it's perfect.

This bra is a nice one, but not as comfortable as I would like. Still though, I do like it. I clog with this bra on and it offers moderate support. My favorite feature is the way the straps adjust. They stay just where you put them. Love that!

I ended up returning this item. The straps adjust by detaching a hook and tightening by re-hooking, so you're left with several inches of extra material flapping from your shoulders if you need to tighten the straps as much as I did. Definitely would not recommend for petite women.
