The producers do a near perfect job in creating a documentary that is extremely entertaining by introducting the key characters and elaborating their role in the gripping drama as it unfolds. The mood they create throughout the script keeps you glued to the screen, they do a great job of keeping the viewer constantly trying to unravel the different theories to what really occured and why.(This is enhanced by the great guest commentators who go back and forth throughout the script each giving a different opinion at what they think really transpired.) The music and the pictures are very powerful in creating a eerie foreboding pace during the sequences where they postulate theories on the events, they then intensify during the very gripping battle scenes. This is the best video in the entire series that I've seen, as entertaining as any great historical movie. (The siege of Gamala and Jerusalem are excellently choreographed.)
