Let's see. Through Amazon you can buy a copy of this intriguing little book for two hundred ninety nine dollars or you can buy a copy for one cent. I wonder which is the better deal. Good Grief! Two hundred ninety nine dollars? That makes my little paperback edition worth like twenty dollars an ounce. But the real mystery here is why this fascinating little collection of stories by one of the world's most popular authors has been allowed to go out of print.

I'm very surprised that this book is no longer in print. I thought every scrap of paper that Christie might have scribbled a few lines on is in print somewhere. I suppose you could view these short stories about Mr. Quinn as a failure, because Christie stopped writing them early on. I found them quite interesting, though, with their mysteries tinged with supernatural overtones. If you can track down a copy, any Christie fan will not be disappointed.
