I just finished this page turner and enjoyed it immensely. This book will keep young readers attention with the exciting story line and charming characters. Looking forward to what is in store for us in the next book!

There's a lot of information up front in this story but before the author can go overboard and over your head, you find yourself soundly deposited in a beautiful setting (a ranch house in Petaluma, California filled with secret passages and tunnels under the house) and solidly wrapped up in the mystery of Ghost Dancer Ranch. Before you know it, you are mowing through the book to find out what happens next. Patrick E. Craig heightens the suspense and mystery with each chapter, adding dashes of the supernatural while slowly building up a Christian foundation that supports the satisfying ending. It was a hard book to put down because I liked it so much; I really felt at home in the pages. Naturally, that has me looking forward to a next adventure with Punkin' and Boo. - Biblio Reads Children's Book Review
