This is the perfect series for a girl under 13 - NO sass in here, lots of historical & geographical facts, LOTS of great vocabulary, family values, work ethic and it is all wrapped up in exciting mysteries.

This book is definitely worth reading and buying. Once I picked the book up, I could not put it down. At points it gets a little confusing but the ending is such a surprise it has you guesing to the end.
