The Cliffhanger Adventure Mysteries. This first episode of the thirteen episode series focuses on the adventure filled world of the La Fond twins. Evan and his sister Taylor, age eleven, take their peers on a visual journey in the first half of the story which is told in the 45-minute video (closed-captioned for the hearing impaired). The video takes the viewer well into the story and leaves them at a cliffhanging moment! The exciting conclusion is given to them as part two turns the viewer into the reader of our 120+ page book! The child cannot resist his or her own curiosity to find out the ending. Each adventure is filmed in different parts of the world to allow children and their families to travel and solve the mysteries alongside the twins. Locations such as the Florida Everglades, Iceland, Tasmania, Africa, Holland and other parts of the beautiful USA, are featured as the environments for our adventures. The music of each episode reflects the spirit of the culture of the land we are visiting and is originally scored by Emmy Award winning composer, Bruce Zimmerman.

As the action progresses you feel your heart beating faster and faster. It was so decriptive I could taste it, here it, and almoast touch it.

I am in 7th grade and twelve years old. My mom got the first episode for me and now I got the second one for myself! I really like the airboat chase scene in the beginning of "Mystery @ Lighthouse Point". I also liked how the book kept me going to the next chapter. The suspense of the story was left at the end of each chapter and then you went somewhere else to the other characters. It was one cliffhanger after another! I couldn't believe I read 22 chapters! It was very visual which helped me remember the details. I wish it was an Accelerated Reader Book. I asked my school to make it one. You really can't put it down once you get into it. Now I am on the second episode called "Secret of Fire & Ice" and it was filmed and written about Iceland which I had never seen before. It is like the "Hobbit" in a way but very different from the first episode even though you still have the twins in all the episodes.
