About the Author

Beverly Mach Geller is a graduate of Syracuse University School of Nursing. After careers in nursing and interior decorating, she earned a BA in English from Rutgers University and an MA from the College of New Jersey.

Beverly is a published children's poet. Her other picture books include THE UPHERIN: EPHRAIM'S FIRST HAIRCUT, THE SHALOM ZACHAR AT NACHUM'S HOUSE, and THE MITZVAH GIRL (Gefen Publishing). Ms. Geller has three children, eight grandchildren, and resides in Highstown, NJ with her husband, Sam.
