One of the better ones in the "3 Investigators" series,

Focusing around a zoo-type theme park and some steel rods and some stolen valuables. This book features little about a literally "nervous" lion, but the lion is anxious around certain characters. A definite must read if you think you might want to read more. Good luck in finding it, though.
