Even in it's darkest, most sultry rifs, the album lifts you up into worlds of magic.

This album will teach you how to meditate!, September 4, 1998

I had been practicing meditation for 2 years prior to hearing Mystery School, but felt frustrated because I could not keep focus. There is something about the music in this CD that allows me to gently stay alert and focused. In this alert state of mind, my thoughts slow down and I start to feel very good - not sleepy and tuned-out, but rather conscious. Thank you Zazen for Mystery School.
