I thoroughly enjoyed this book because it provides an articulate and accurate description of the importance of making love or "mystical sex." Furthermore, the information goes beyond the practicality of improved relationships and better sex by inspiring issues of emotional well-being and spirituality. Meldman does an outstanding job of relating how a couple can enjoy intimacy and enhanced love, as well as attain a far more enriching relationship. Although there are segments of the book that are difficult to completely understand (mainly because of its transcendental nature) and may take a second reading to adequately grasp, and in other segments some of the information is presented in a somewhat "dry" manner, I would recommend this book to anyone. It is thought provoking and encouraging. I believe the final chapter is essential reading for every person on this planet and especially any couple considering a serious relationship. By reading this book I have learned more about myself and love-making and at the same time deepened my understanding of healthy and successful relationships. Overall the book is well-written and portrays an illuminating and enlightening depiction of issues that are sometimes complex (e.g. love and intimacy) while also focusing on the very realistic and useful components of not only achieving a better relationship but living a better life.
