This book is great tool for all coaches from beginner to expert. There are drills for individual skills training and the best of the team drills. It covers all. I will use this book us handbook. A must buy for any coach.

I have many books and shy away from buying anymore. This caught my eye, the price was right and I learned from it. It gives the description and purpose of the drill with interesting comments. The drills are not complex and I had never seen or used many of these before.
