This monitor blew out after only two uses. It's wasting space in my garage.

I paid about $125 for a pair. I am pumping a pyle pro 1400 amp into these which I review as well; check my other reviews. I will recommend doing the following to get the most out of these speakers. Go to walmart - buy elmers glue and polyfill (which is in the crafts department). These two things will set you back no more then $5 bones. Open speaker and put glue in the backside of box in lines/circles. Take some polyfill and press it against the back. Spread evenly but dont put too much, just enough to cover the entire back of the box. Screw speaker back on and compare one monitor to the other that doesnt contain polyfill. The polyfill one will preform much, much better and will sound louder using less volume. You will also notice better bass response, and more air will be pumping out of the ports on the one that contains polyfill. I highly recommend doing this to this speaker and you will get the most bang for the buck. This speaker has alot of lows, fair mids, and decent highs. For a garage band, this is more then sufficent....

Sound quality is below average. I use two of these as floor monitors and thats what they are good for.

Monitors have a good bass and reproduce

high's fairly well if you have enough

amp driving them, but do not come thru

well in the critical voice range.
