Pros: you can play in RPG mode, battle mode, etc
You can play either good or bad
The voices are very close to the characters they are playing. (ex naruto actually sounds like naruto)
easy to do specials
very challenging game, 2 on 1 battles

Cons: not enough characters
story stops after you free gaara.
the more you increase your levels, your power bar doesn't really grow. For example,I have Naruto at level 55 but somehow Itachi at level 34 has a power bar more than mine. How come someone with a lower level can beat me, someone who has a higher level so easily?

Overall this game is fun but needs to be extended. I was hoping to play as 9 tailed naruto, pain, not even jaira was in the game or lady sunade.

I recently bought this game and i was excited to buy this game since july when i knew that this was to be released in october. You can go through Naruto Shippuden Episodes (the first ones) and you can put the language (audio) in english or japanese (Japanese! perfecto for we that follow closely the serie and you know that its only with japanes audio) and subs in english and french. For me is a 5 stars game and i strongly recomend to Naruto's fans, buy or achieve it. You will enjoy it for sure!

I found this games to be good in the aspect that it went inline with the Kazekage retrieveal arc from the actual series. i also liked that the characters expressed emotions in anime fashion. i loled alot while playing the game. However, as far as the game play goes i didnt like it at all. It is exactly like the Naruto Uzumaki Chronicles game from ps2 that i wasnt too fond of but was able to complete simply because it was the first naruto game i ever bought. I however, couldnt finish this game i traded it in two days after i bought it. my recommendation to any consideringto buy this game would be to instead purchase a copy of Naruto shippudden Ultimate Ninja IMpact if looking for a naruto game for psp. While its not painfully accurate like akatsuki rising it its still accurate and it covers the story line all the way up to the 5 kage Summit rather than just the Kazekage retrieveal. For PS3 i would recommend the naruto ninja storm games including generations which i think has not come out yet.

I like NARUTO Shippuden: Legends: Akatsuki Rising it reminded me of Naruto: Uzumaki Chronicles series because of how they move and fight and I love those games they are really fun. I kind of did not like how they made the characters look and some of the enemies were kind of lame but the Akatsuki characters were cool. Some enemies were really easy to beat but some were hard but still easy. I loved the story. I wish there were more places to fight. All in all I think this was a good game for the psp.

i've always like the uzumaki chonicles games and this is just a great addition. there is ONLY two things i didn't like!! number one: how it's so hard to get scrolls that you want such as the "mangekyou sharingan scroll" for kakashi. number 2: the ending is terrible they basically combined ALOT of events into one >.<!!!!!

Like I said. The best PSP game I have. I love Naruto Shippuden and I follow the show up to date. This game is very close to be the real show. I changed it to Japanese audio, and it's awsome. Good guys, bad guys, the story line, very well made. I wish they had more characters and the story was longer. I hope they make the next game up to "Pain" at least.

The game is suck and bad..no first, second, third, fouth, fifth, and others members in here..they are delete or something...if they want to make the games and they need to improve their characters and don't delete them..suck, stupid, worst, dumb, lazy, cramp, they try to add new character, they delete the characters, Playstation 3 or playstation 2 or xbox naruto is better than psp...
