The updated NASB Quick Study Bible is one of the best study Bibles I've seen.
It is a rather handy size, not so bulky and clumsy like some study Bibles. There is a wealth of Theological information as well as practical application to benefit the Christian, presented in a non-biased manner. The explanatory notes are very concise and do not run on like some others. The print type is large(10pt I think)and clear. Not a red letter edition, which is a plus, in my opinion. Paragraph format. It is not a cross-reference edition, which I think makes it easier to read, with less distraction but it does have topical chain references on 175 topics. It has a theological index and a good concordance plus maps. The 365 daily summaries are also a nice feature. The only drawback in my opinion is the bonded leather cover, which is two-textured on the front cover which makes a crease when you open it and does not feel smooth to hold in one's hand, which is why I give it 4 stars. But it's what's on the inside that counts and this more than makes up for the awkward cover. I would highly recommend this rather handy and concise study Bible in the accurate and readable updated New American Standard translation.
