Order arrived promptly but once charged and placed into camera the batteries did not work or hold a charge. Contacted customer service by email, they responded quickly with return instructions, replacemement batteries were sent within a short time. The new batteries did not hold a charge either.

the price was too good to be true. the batteries won't hold a charge for more than a couple of days. don't bother.

Fantastic price. Product works just fine, much better than the battery my camerea came with which does not hold a charge any more. I went to Best Buy and they wanted $40.00 plus for the same one!! Unbelievable! You can buy a new Camera for that. Any way, it fit my need perfectly. I was a little skeptical because of the very low price but I'm very pleased and happy with my purchase. Thanks for the great deal.
