5.0 out of 5 stars The Best Game I've Ever Played!, December 24, 2006
A Kid's Review
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: NBA Showtime (Game Cartridge)
The game offers you five modes including Practice, Exhibition, Season, and Playoffs. Gameplay is inspired by NBA Jam with many gravity-defying slam dunks and other crazy moves. The action is extremely fast with a lot of dunks and 3-pointers. Whenever a team makes three shots in a row that team gets "On Fire" and they can be pretty hard to stop. With all 29 NBA teams and over 100 players this game is sure to give you a good time!

Pros:
Good graphics
Cool music
Smooth animations
Easy control

Cons:
Long passwords
Players don't have numbers
Everyone look the same

3.0 out of 5 stars This game is so-so., August 2, 2001

This review is from: NBA Showtime (Game Cartridge)
NBA Showtime is so-so. The bad things are that you only get to play with two players on each team. Second, you can't choose from the whole team. Last, the graphics are pretty bad. The good things are that the controls are easy to remember, and when you forgot the password to your latest season or playoffs it is there for you and you just have to copy it over.
