NCAA Football 2003 is defenitely in the game! and these following statements show why it is!

-Like in other EA Sports games (Madden) the announcer's repetition for saying the same thing over and over again is in this game. But a cool feature is when you create new characters their last name is actually said by the announcers! Of coarse it will not pronounce tough long names like Connaughton.

-The names of players are not shown for all the teams and instead show the position abreveation and number like "HB #40". There is an easy way to put the names in for your favorite college team though by going to ROSTERS, doing EDIT and clicking on a players name. All you have to do then is change the players personal traits and Ba Da Bing! your all set. It is much easier if you create a team or you want to edit an already made team by doing this instead of going to the create new player mode (easy access to changing rosters/player info not in MADDEN).

-MEMORY was a HUGE hassle for me and this game. To make a team/player and have a season or dynasty you must buy two 251 block memory cards. So including the game which is at a cheap $30 you need to pay $60 more for both memory cards combined (no wonder the game costs so little!). So in total you are paying $90 big ones! My suggestion is you by one memory card with your own money then ask for the game and another memory card for Christmas or something. ANOTHER THING YOU SHOULD KNOW is how to do a Season or Dynasty with a saved team/player. Put in one memory card into slot "A" and create you team/player. Then turn off your cube and put your memory card with your team/player on it into slot "B" and your blank memory card into slot "A". Then turn on your cube and start a season or Dynasty your team/player should be there.

-If you keep your team/player saved memory card in slot "A" and put your blank memory card into slot "B" when you try to do a saeson/Dynasty a screen will simply pop up saying not enough memory (Dynasty not in Madden).

-Dynasty mode is a cool new feature where you use either a real college or made up one by yourself and play a season with it. When the season is over, depending how well you do, you will be able to draft more players and start a new season with them.

-The awesome playbooks relevent to ones used by certain colleges and lots of awesome QB option plays which are my personal favorite (option plays not in Madden). The running game is dominant in this game.

-My friend notices when I do a QB option because he cheats by seeing what play I am doing and shifting all his guys over to block me. So now I just press "B" and then "A" which does an audible for a passing play which now totally throws mr friend off guard.

-Graphics for NCAA 2003 is better then all other sports games for systems and its easy controls are great for when you invite a friend over who doesn't have the game. He will learn the controls so quickly that he'll be as challenging as any other opponent you have faced in minutes!

The General never lies. NCAA FOOTBALL 2003 is the best sports game out there and if you don't believe me then you obviously did not read my review carefully enough. MADDEN 2003 does not even propose a threat to NCAA's AWESOME GAMING!

This game is fun from the start. You have all the game modes you can want. First as soon as you press power you customize the game to your favorite team, so when you turn it on again that team's mascot will be dancing to your schools fight song. You can just push start and play a game with all 117 1-A teams or 27 1-AA teams with all the bells and whistles. You have over 200 fight songs, chants, drum rhythms, and great commentary.
The Rivalry Games are the best. The crowd really gets into the game. When you are done winning the rivalry trophy you can check it out in the trophy room along with the other awards you have won (Heisman, BCS Championship, etc....)
There is also a Mascot Game which is kind of cheesy. All players on the field are replaced with your team mascot. Nuff Said.
The Dynasty Mode is deep also. You can make your own school or try to coach other teams to the championship. Then in the off season try to sign up and coming players to strengthen your roster. (I couldn't get to deep into this due to lack of memory)
Be sure to get a 251 memory card, so you can fully enjoy Great College Football Game!!!

WHOAH NELLY, WHAT A GAME!! Where to begin, where to begin.... I got this game on launch, and the first mode I played was Rivalry mode, and I was Texas, going up against the Sooners of Oklahoma. The makers of NCAA football have added so much to the pregame, this year instead of just the regular feature on the favored team's star QB and Corso nearly always picking the home team, they now have the players jumping up and down, the crowd booing the road team, highly polygonal male and female cheerleaders, an accurate weather forecast, a more detailed pre-game analysis (Although no more "Corso's keys"), such as talk about the linemen on each team, the running game, the secondary, the kicking game and so on.
The graphics are much more fluid and attractive than NCAA 2002 for the PS2, the only time you might experience slowdown is inside your own 10. Other than that, everything runs at a solid 60 frames per second. And, owners of 2002, the fuzziness and between play loading is gone! The lazy eye is pretty much gone, too. The jerseys look great, and the helmets reflect the lighting from the stadium/sun. It's a visually beautiful game. But what separates this game from any other football game is...it's NCAA FOOTBALL, BABY! Nessler, Corso and Herbstreit really deliver this time with their stellar,, spookingly realistic commentary. My first play on offense was a Ace Spread Draw to my halfback, Cedric Benson. He took the handoff and sprinted up the middle for 11 yards. Nessler said, "Wow, would you look at that draw play. That was some big time yardage, Lee Corso!" Then Corso did his usual solid job. But the commentary is very specific this year. Also, the fight songs sound much more like their real life counterparts. Hearing "Hail to the Victors" after a Michigan TD gives me that bone tingling feeling, just like whenever I go to "The Big House" in real life. The gameplay is very tight, this year your corners actually pick off some balls, and your backs don't constantly fumble. Your OL can block, and yet your DL can use that good ol swim move to get by the line. your LB's drop back in coverage, and your safeties can blitz. It's so realistic, it's scary. Oh, and watch out for Lee Corso and ATM machines......
