Graphics are good and the animation is smooth. However, not much else is positive for this game. I'm not a big fan of the playcalling menus. Too hard to tell what's going on from the play illustration, especially on the defensive side. I also don't like how you can't pan out to see the receivers when you are controlling an LB or DB on defense like you could in the old Dreamcast versions. This makes it virtually impossible to play a corner and difficult to play an OLB in coverage. Also annoying is the vertical leraning curve between walk-on and starter difficulty. It is easy to win 80-0 in walk-on, and then play the same team in starter and lose 20-7. From what I can tell, all raising the difficulty does is make your receivers drop every pass coming their way if there is a defender within 5 yds, while not affecting the computer at all. This game is a real disappointment, as I love the older Dreamcast editions.

This was a great game that I got for Christmas this year. I really like the start up menu. It's a nice change from the madden series. The graphics were definetly better than expected, considering it's from '02. They were practically the same as Madden NFL 09, which I bought about a year ago. The gameplay is great, but I really would have loved it if there was a hitstick. The create-a-modes function excellently, except for the uniforms on Create-a-school. All in all, a great game.

the person who rated 1 is a complete idiot because thats like saying i threw away my dog because its brown. if you are going to write a review write one that is helpful please. not counting this one because i am TELLING to get the game and to just block stupid people like that.

i have been playing football games sense i new what video games were this is by far the best i have played it is a little harder then most but that is what makes it better it is not like madden were you can beet a team 70-0 almost every time i will stick with saga sports after playing this game

This is the best college football game ever. great graphics, original gameplay, and solid controls due to the good Gamecube controller. Awesome buy!!

I was glad I didn't spend too much on this game or it would have been a total waste. It was OK the graphics are good, but if your not a college football game I don't suggest.

This has great grafics and game play. The create shcool mode unblievlbl. over all I think this game great. TWO THUMBS UP!!!

I prefer NFL 2k3. Last years NCAA was terrible. I think this one is better though.

i threw it away without playing it becuase the man on the cover was scary
