I'll agree with other reviewers that this game has not really changed since at least the 2005 edition. That being said, I still enjoy playing it. My favorite part is the in-depth coaching experience, particularly recruiting. I find it more enjoyable than the actual gameplay which is not very realistic. The game never flows very well and I find that I'm able to get far too many dunks on offense and way too many steals on defense. I probably should move up a difficulty level. Other than being able to steal the ball alot, the actual playing of defense is extremely difficult and it seems impossible to stay in front of your man, particularly in the post. Overall, its a fun game that could definitely be improved upon.

This is a really good game. I don't Know how to compare it to previous versions because this is my first in the series, although i will probably buy '09. i like the classic games feature where you can play as michael jordan, christian laettner, and shaq as college players. i totally reccomend this to friends

Great intro, but after that, the 2K College Hoops just runs circles around this one, One of these days EA is gonna listen to it's fan base that's quickly slipping away...
