Can't Wait--Thanks for Season Pass!! Looking forward to the 12th season of the best show on television!! To the entire production crew of NCIS--Producers, stage hands, camera crew, pre and post production, writers and cast-- Keep up the good work !! You've given me HOURS of great entertainment...you are the best in the industry as far as I am concerned!

Update: I just watched "Twenty Clicks". And it was in my Season Pass library within 24 hours of the premiere broadcast on TV...COOL! Awesome different start for NCIS because of a lack of a cliff-hanger from Season 11. Still keeping the NCIS machine in top form. Spoiler alert: did not like the team split and sad ending for the IT Guy, who I thought had character possibilities untapped. Overall a winner episode. Good start, Great job!! Looking forward to more episodes in Season 12!!

To those who mourn the loss of Cote de Pablo: The same fan reaction was noted when Sasha Alexander left the show. PLEASE give Emily Wickersham a chance to have her character developed by the writers!! Most reviews I've seem are too quick to judge her and pan the show because of the cast change. Come on people--give the writers and cast a change to make NCIS better--or at least give them a chance!!

I'm willing to bet this show is still the best--especially when things settle into the new normal!

Twenty Klicks was just OK. I'm wondering if the show is heading for it's last season. Used to be my favorite until the Bishop character arrived. I don't mind Ziva left, though she was a perfect fit, but I'm not a "bring Ziva back" person. Bishop is just not NCIS. Wrong casting and takes much of the joy away for me. Unpleasant to watch her. The wonderful thing about this episode is, there wasn't much of her to watch. For that I say Bravo! If they ever do a recasting, I may be a steady fan again. As it is, I probably won't watch again this season until perhaps the middle and the last. Did the same last year. Definitely not on my radar much anymore since Bishop joined. Too bad, because it was a favorite. No offense to the Bishop actress. She'd probably be great in something else -- a show for 20 somethings perhaps -- but this casting has not done her any favors.

This show still continues to be a favorite. I have to agree with a prior comment regarding the new addition of Emily. Maybe, give her chance to grow into the role. Ziva's replacement does have hard shoes to fill; however, I certainly am not going to stop watching the show because of this. The first two episodes were very good!

I love NCIS but I miss Ziva. I am not fond of the blond taking her place.

I've been a loyal fan to NCIS from the beginning and I now feel it's losing its character and personality as a whole compared to its sister show NCIS LA. One of the main aspects that attracted me was the combination of humor and seriousness of the show. It was nicely balanced and seems to have lost that after Zeva and several others left the show. I feel the interaction between the remaining characters is just not the same as it used to be.

Still do not like the blond ditz. In my opinion she adds absolutely nothing to the show.
Scripts are still good enough. And here it is November and only 6 episodes as
with several other supposedly "weekly" programs I watch; I do see two more
scheduled for this month. Then probably another "break" for Thanksgiving?
Best one so far this season was when Tim directed the team.

Episode 1 was not bad, but at the end it felt very contrived. When Gibbs shoots to kill, his target doesn't just "get up" and walk away. Actually, this is one of the very few times I've felt let down by the writing! Hope things pick up for the remainder of the season.

A continuation of one of the great TV Series in the history of broadcast media. Creative, entertaining, unexpected twists and turns, thought provoking, etc. As the father (without a military background) of a combat Marine officer who has commanded scout-sniper qualified Marines in combat on multiple occasions, I am gratified by the accurate manner in which NCIS has captured many of the values and traditions of the Marine Corps and of the character traits and mindset of United States Marines in the NCIS series and in the central character of US Marine Gunnery Sgt. (albeit no longer active duty) and former scout-sniper Leroy Jethro Gibbs ... from my vicarious experience as a father looking from the outside to the inside, the Marine Corps is filled with men and women who are physically and psychologically tough but who are also loyal, caring individuals who are creative / outside the box thinkers who ask for and receive assignment of extremely difficult and dangerous missions; for whom failure is not an option (and for whom "can't" is not a word and for whom doing the impossible is the baseline level of performance); who set extraordinarily high standards and expect to and do perform in accordance with them; who are doggedly persistent and unrelenting in pursuit of accomplishing the assigned mission and who will not quit until the mission is successfully accomplished or they are no longer able to continue (dead or badly wounded); and for whom the USMC creed of "Honor, Courage, Commitment" are not mere words but are a code of conduct by which they endeavor to live. In many ways, the Leroy Jethro Gibbs character embodies and honorably reflects the above description of US Marines and the USMC creed. I look forward to every new Episode.
