Excellent! For those who are already NCIS junkies, the full set is fascinating for following the character development. For those new to NCIS, catching the ongoing story from the beginning is a fascinating study. Either way, there are a large number of lines which are funny, but only if you know the backward reference.
One complaint, though: In the earlier discs, the closed captioning is unavailable.

Okay where do I begin? The shipment came a week later than expected, but I can deal with that. I received bootlegs. No doubt about it. I've been to Iraq and Afghanistan and have seen my fair share of bootlegs. The video quality is terrible, all episodes are showing large pixels. I unwrapped season 5 and the first disk skipped throughout ever episode. The jewel cases are cheap and brittle, half of them are already broken. Some of the disks will start halfway through an episode as soon as I insert it. If you are going to sell bootlegs, advertise them as such, you overcharging con-artists. I could get better quality, more durable, copyright infringed horse crap in a third world country. Sad!

As NCIS is shown repeatedly on television but not in the sequence that the series has been produced, ordering the series allowed my husband and me to watch the episodes sequentially. There are occasions when some event has occurred that is alluded to in another episode. It's also great that you don't have the advertisement breaks. As to the series, most of the episode stories are great; the castings have included great actors/actresses; the seriousness of the subject matter is often lightened by the interjection of much needed humor. To my husband and me, the NCIS series is the best of the current "solve the murder" genre. We are just waiting for Season Eight to be released.

I got my NCIS set about 2 and a half weeks after I ordered them, and was excited to get it. When I first opened it up, I didn't really pay attention to the covers, but rather just started watching the DVD's. The DVD's are excellent quality; No scratches, no glitches, nothing. After looking at the cases and covers more, I noticed that they didn't look like I expected. I was expecting to get all of the seasons with the original cases, but it looks like everything may have been photocopied. Some of the descriptions on the back of the cases are almost unreadable. However, that is the only problem I really have with the set, otherwise it is excellent and I have been enjoying them. I would recommend them to anyone who just wants the DVD's, but if you're looking for them to be exactly like store bought, you might want to reconsider.

I love my boxed set of NCIS - all seven seasons. I am a regular viewer of the marathons on television and am annoyed at the lack of continuity (episodes out of order) and commercials. Now I can run my own marathons when there is nothing else on TV and they are in order and have no advertisements! I hightly recommend this set to all fans of NCIS! Thanks for offering this item for purchase.

I absolutely love this show. The cast is so incredible that it's the reason why the show is so successful. Compare the formula to other shows and its not far off the weekly cop show formula. What makes this show successful is the chemistry between the cast members. You can tell these people love coming to work to be on this show.

The whole series is a bit steep to purchase and if you watch the prices its probably cheaper to buy them season by season instead of the whole set at once. I saved about $30 that way.

Five stars for the show, two stars for the DVDs. I love NCIS however the DVDs themselves have some issues. Two of the episodes in season one have already failed to load from the disc menu. It simply loops back to the main menu rather then playing the listed episode. I have not yet returned the product and will have to see if the issue continues in season two.

I am very happy with my dvds, they got here quickly. The only thing I don't like is there is no CC but the seller can't fix that.

Received new (and NOT bootlegged) set of DVDs in timely manner. You get what you pay for. I had ordered 2 previous sets that were less expensive from other sources and found they were not exactly "kosher". While they were "new", the DVDs were a little "off". I was unable to access everything on the DVDs and the individual DVDs had pictures on the DVDs themselves of the stars of NCIS - but the wrong stars were there (those who were no longer on the show on some - or stars who had not yet come to be on others; one had a star from House!). Those were fun experiences! I could have lived with the pictures being off but I really wanted to access the commentaries and special effects, which I could not do. I appreciate my ordering experience from Amazon because they (the DVDs) were the real deal.

i like ncis but I will not buy anything from this seller. My dvd was to be new. they do not work in my blue ray, they where scratched and the case are all broke. I'm not a happy customer.
