This is an indispensable asset. The organization of the book makes it easy to quickly review concepts/procedures. Plus it's almost compact enough to carry with you for reading anywhere.
Also very useful in preparing for the state boards, has many of those tricky questions.

This is great! I loved being able
to actually take it WHEREVER I went.
It covers all areas with rationales.
It's a must-have prior to NCLEX.

the book is great and easy to use and explains things well but the software has severe glitches that render you unable to use and all you get is a email address to email im still waiting in that response if you are buying the book for the cd buy another book

I found this flashcard book to be a tremendous help with studying for my NCLEX exam. It features 350 questions that cover all of the major testing categories, as well as detailed rationales for the answers. The answers are listed on the back of each "flashcard." What I like most about this book is its practicality and easy-to-read format that allows for a quick fix when on the go. It's perfect to read on a long flight; I managed to go through the whole book on a 4 hour flight recently. It's important to get your hands on as much study material as possible when preparing for the NCLEX, but this book is best for keeping one's skills sharp....an invaluable resource that gives you confidence for the big exam.

The rationales are excellent, well explained. ALL questions are in some way like on the questions on my LPN tests throughout the program.

I bought this book to help me for my LPN state boards and also to help me through my second year of nursing. I love it! I no longer make flashcards and misplace them or forget about them. This books has "flashcards" and answer on the back. I would recommend this book!
