I would buy a different review book if I were you.
The software was annoying....the same beginner questions were repeated too often, even though I had already answered them correctly at least 10X.
The medication/math questions on the exam are a LOT tougher than they are in the book.
The questions on medications on the test were on medications not even mentioned in the book or on the test CD. The pharmacolgy review section did not help answer any question on the NCLEX.
One needs very organism specific knowledge about infection control protocols to answer numerous questions correctly, not the general infection control questions presented in this book.

None of the questions in the book or on the test CD even remotely resembled what is on the actual NCLEX.
I was going to write a review of this book 2 months ago, but I decided to wait and take the NCLEX in case there was a method to their madness....like if the oft repeated simple questions were indeed on the test...but they weren't.

A previous reviewer mentioned numerous errors in the book's test questions and I agree there are quite a few errors, some real lousy explanations also.

Good luck to all who will be taking the NCLEX soon.
