When I decided to start studying for the NCLEX I knew that I wanted a godsend in a review book. I mean one good review book that if I worked through it it would give me all the knowledge I needed to know to pass the exam. I think this book partly met that goal. As stated by others this book is divided into several chapters each with about 50-100+ questions each arranged with questions on one side of the page and answers next to it on the other half of the page. I like this set up because it saved me from flipping back and forth. In terms of the question structure in general I didn't find it to be very comparable to the actual NCLEX questions however you are able to gain knowledge that can be applied to answering the real NCLEX questions. I used this along with the Incredibly Easy Review Book and the Kaplan book and I'm proud to say that I passed the NCLEX in 75 questions on 8/16/07. Because of this I'd recommend completing at least 2000-2500 questions using only the Q & A book plus the Kaplan book as a adequate plan for passing the NCLEX the first time around in 75 questions.

If you are like me, and your eyes fatigue with staring at the computer DVD's or online programs for hours OR... you need something portable to keep in your car so that you can steal a moment here & there to review- this FAT little paperback book is the BEST!!! I LOVE that the answers are on the one side and the questions are on the other. Hard to convey why that simple unusual layout is so advantageous- but I'll try: it allows the user to just quickly review a tiny bite at a time, in the most expedient of ways. With this layout- just an extra 10 minutes of time when you get to class early, or are waiting in the doctors office, can be used to fullest advantage. You aren't constantly flipping pages for anwers! Just a great book all around- my favorite!

I used various different books in preparing for the nclex rn, but none of the books I used were as helpful as this one. This book focused more on the types of questions posed on the nclex. I would recomend this book to anyone because it made learning and reviewing easy to understand, interesting, and extremely helpful.

I thought this book would give tricks/tips on how to remember information, it doesn't. It gives you tips on how to study and numerous questions with rationales. I am still glad I bought this book and recommend it to other nursing students. I love the fact it gives you rationales of all answer choices.

There are plenty of questions to help you study for tests as well as the NCLEX exam.

I received the book in time with a personal note from the owner and I think that she is absolutely nice. Though the book did not carry it's CD, (which I am hoping to be able to get it still in the mail), I think that she was a good seller. Thank you Amazon.com for such a good deal.
