The last toner cartridge
Its hard to be enthusiastic about a Toner cartridge, however I should say this is just my second cartridge in 5 years of daily, routine home office use. The printer, and the cartridge(s) have performed flawlessly. I am totally amazed by the longevity both of the printer and cartridge. This was my first laser printer and it's been a wonderful experience. So kudos to NEC.

Generic, not original
This product arrived as a generic toner cartridge. It was not the NEC 20-122 that was listed. The product is working but obviously at this time I do not know if it will stand up to the number of copies that a NEC 20-122 cartridge will produce.

I've tried the refills,but the original is so superior - slightly more superior at the beginning, and the difference just grows. So it's not cheap, but it's the best value.

I was not sent a new NEC cartridge but rather a remanufactured generic cartridge. After about 30 days of use it started leaving black streaks on the page. I've contacted the seller to see about a replacement. Will let you know.Edit: Was not contacted by seller, but a replacement cartridge arrived at my door about a week after I e-mailed them. So far, so good, so I am upping the rating.
