The VT470 includes 800 x 600 resolution, 400:1 contrast ratio, and 2,000 lumens. Patented NEC technologies like AccuBlend and VORTEX Technology Plus enhance already impressive image quality. Its sleep time feature allows it to shut down automatically--you won't have to fuss over it at the end of your presentation.

Features:

• Flexible connections. The VT470 offers two RGB (D-sub 15-pin), S-video (DIN four-pin), video (RCA), two L/R RCA audio, stereo mini audio, and a PC control (DIN eight-pin). All inputs are color-coded and well organized.
• Short focal lens. Project a large image with the projector set a short distance from the screen. AutoSense automatically syncs the projector with any computer signal and features one-touch image optimization.
• Variable audio input. Control self-powered external speaker volume with the projector remote.
• Quiet operation. Nearly silent at 30 dB in Eco-mode. Internal sensors prevent lamp from being turned on before completely cooled.

The various connectivity options (incl. RGB-out) and the short throw lenses are only some advantages of the VT470. The auto keystone correction of +-30 brings the picture always into the right shape, if the projector has to project up or down in a certain angle to the wall, without any manual adjustment. The VT470 is almost noiseless with its 30 db and therefore highly recommended for classrooms, small meeting rooms. One of the new features is the manual wall color correction, that adapts the colors so that the presentation always looks bright, even if you project on a chalk board or colored wall.

I had bought the same product some days before and I had a bad experience, but they refunded and I buy it again in other Amazon store. This time the product was shipped on time and in good conditions. I think that maybe they make mistakes but also have an excellent customer service.
