I guess it is an effective jigsaw puzzle...it is driving me crazy. I thought it would be easy. The outside was quickly put together, the images on the pieces made it easy to assemble. And the Joker is rather easy to put together too. But Batman is a bear. All that black and white...all the parts look alike, and he is very difficult to put together. But yet, that is why they call it a puzzle, isn't it. It does live up to what it is supposed to be, so I guess I can't complain. If you enjoy jigsaw puzzles and difficult ones, this is the puzzle for you. Order it and have fun. I know I am frustrated, but I am having fun. And so will you. Enjoy.

My pre-adolescent son wanted a jigsaw puzzle for Christmas and it is difficult to find subject matter in 1000pc puzzles that would interest him. I looked around, but as time was running out I turned to my "ace-in-the-pocket" a.k.a. Amazon.com and found exactly what he would like. Amazon ordered this product through another company, but I received it very quickly and am very pleased. It was exactly as I expected-absolutely no disappointment whatsoever. My son is very pleased and has been working faithfully to put it together. It is perfect.
