This is one of the best looking toys out there right now. Anyone who is a fan of the game or collectors that like detail, then this is the figure for you. I seriously recomend getting this figures.

Just picked this up at a local comic shop. First figure like this Ive ever bought so hard to compare but im a big gears head. Extremely detailed , well made , seems durable but certainly more for show than backyard play.

After seeing the statues they had at comic con I was worried the figures would pale in comparison , but frankly they are solid , they have some weight to them so it certainly doesnt feel cheap. My only issue is the posability. It has several points of articulation but its still limited in range. The poses you see are pretty much the poses youre going to be able to make.
Again thats why its more for show than for play. Only 3 stars for durability since I dont think itll hold up with young children.

Ive seen the exploding head one but its not on the box preview so no idea if they plan to make them.

To Bungie/Neca... wheres RAAM ??? The preview pics show 2 theron guards.
Oh and for the love of cake please make those statues I saw at comic con available for purchase.

Four stars overall. Would easily be a 5. Its everything I expected and better make quality , but posability is big , I wanted to have him holding the chainsaw up and ready but arm movement is limited.

This item, as usual, got to me in only a few days, but this one, in my opinion, is not as cool as the Damon Baird action figure. All of the main parts of his body show articulation, head, torso, arms, legs and feet but this one is very top-heavy. You must spread the legs rather wide to get him to stand by himself, and the hands aren't shaped to hold weapons as well. The detail however, is Fantastic. Absolutely Superb. He very well resembles the game's character, but if you had to choose, I would recomend Baird.

This is really cool. All his main joints move, but he is still really sturdy. My jaw dropped at the detail of this plastic 7 inch figurine. This is Marcus Fenix from the video games Gears of War and Gears of War 2. I recommend this item to all hardcore Gears of War fans.

Its totally rad having a little Fenix to look at.
So worth it for a Gears fan.

These are very detailed, nicely painted figures.

I bought this for my "Man Cave" or "Lair" as they are called. It's standing on top of my DVD rack along with Cole, and with room for Dom and Baird. The detail on these are amazing. Although I had some trouble getting the guns to fit into the hands. The legs went into position really easy and I got it to stand on the first try and he hasn't fallen yet. I can't wait for Series 2!

My son is a great fan of Gears of War. And when he saw he could collect the figures from the game he was thrilled. They are placed in a safe place right along with the Halo 3 figures. Not recommended for play, these figures would not be that durable. But a great addition to a colletor.

I'm satisfied with this toy but here in guatemala they charge me 27% of taxes and $9.00 for shipping and hand... I pay more for all this that for my toy.
