This grip also make holding the camera easier!

The grip fits the T3/1100D just fine although you will have to remove the battery cover, which just snaps off the camera body with little pressure.

I was a little concerned when purchasing this grip originally. The low price had me a bit worried that the quality wouldn't be there. I was happily surprised.

The grip is easy to install. Remove the battery door and store it on the upright portion that slides into the battery compartment of the camera. It holds there nicely for when/if you remove the grip. It fits the camera very well, and adds a little weight with two batteries installed.

The remote cable plugs into the grip and then into the remote release port. This allows the shutter release on the grip to function properly (half and full press works perfectly). Excellent position for taking portrait shots.

The battery compartment on the grip has a small latch that you turn to open (that having a little flip up 'flap' to hold for turning). Inside the compartment is exactly what you would expect to see: two spots for batteries (you can also use AAs, but spare batteries are fairly inexpensive here on amazon... grab a couple). Pretty much doubles shooting time with 2 installed (although it functions just fine with only one).

I am very pleased with this battery grip. Excellent value for the price.

I bought this for my Canon Rebel T3 and it fits perfectly. Very good bargain! I highly recommend this to any Canon EOS Rebel T3 12.2 MP CMOS Digital SLR with 18-55mm IS II Lens and EOS HD Movie Mode (Black) owner!

Great product,
The hand grip wasn't to bulky should of had a little more weight to balance larger lenses but overall nice. Just one miner fix needed the battery door lock should have had a little more thought put into it. When moving around it rattled a lot and the door as well as the overall battery grip was too light in weight.
Still, over all, it's a great piece of equipment.

Canon on the other hand, hasn't made a battery grip for the Canon Rebel EOS T3 or 1100D.
What happend to you guys, where's the grip?

Tons of pictures with the 2 capacity that this grip offers.
I've already taken more than 2000 pictures and the batteries won't wear out.

Good quality product. Easy to attach, just dont break the battery door trying to remove it from the camera. My only complant is that you have to remove the battery pack every time to get the card out if you want to load it to your hard drive or back up source. On the plus side you have a second shutter release button on the battery pack with the attached cord. So if you want to take pictures with the camera side ways its not so diffecult to get to the camera shutter release.

It works. Its plastic so don't expect rugged durability. Sometimes the camera loses communication with it but turning the camera off and on again fixes it. I like the functionality considering there isnt a Canon branded one for the T3. Eventually I will upgrade my camera body and get a more legit battery grip but this fits my needs for now.
