I received this product in a square box, when I opened the box the flower and stem were separate in a plastic bag. I had to assemble the stem and the flower and connect it to the leaf assembly. When I did that, the leaf assembly cracked and a piece broke off, not allowing me to put the stem into the connection. There was no fixing this, it was too small and glue would not refasten the broken piece. So, I never had my solar flower work from the beginning and it would have cost more moneythan it was worth to send it back for a replacement. Recently I found another solar flower in a local dollar store that was totally assembled in a plastic see through carton, already moving in the store to the lights that were on in the store. I was able to buy that for $1.00 and saw it working as I purchased it. Much better packing.

I wanted to get this for the children in my childcare to put by the waving window for when they say goodbye to their parents (as not to have to worry about a real plant getting destroyed or ruined). Well it had instructions on the box which were clearly thrown into a REALLY bad online translator that made no sense at all. They were trying to describe how to get it ready for the first use and it was so flimsy and cheap that I broke it trying to fine the supposed switch they were talking about! Went right into the recycling! Bummer, as it would have been a great thing for the children.
