I bought this pack to combine two of my favorite hobbies; motorcycling and photography. I carry a digital SLR and a few lenses in a sling camera bag but I didn't feel secure just strapping it to the seat. The Nelson Rigg Sport Tail Pack works perfectly for that purpose. I can fit the full camera bag, lunch and even have space left over to stuff some extra clothing if the day warms up. It is unobtrusive aerodynamic and looks good on the bike. The mounting options look sturdy enough but I never used them. My Suzuki has a separate passenger pillion seat removable with lock and key. I adapted two 1" web straps crisis crossed under the seat connected to the "D" rings on the bag. It stays rock solid locked on the bike and I can take the bag, seat and all with me when necessary. I have found the bag so useful that I never ride without it. A good buy.
