This is a very fun golf game. If you own a NGPC and like golf, I would definitely recommend this game. The only thing that I find frustrating is at times it can be difficult to read the greens when putting. Aside from this, the game is very enjoyable and will keep you coming back for more to win the tripple crown and collect your special prize.

After I popped this game into my NGPC I found I couldn't stop playing. The three available courses are fun and some holes are really challenging. The game is very easy if you use the hidden set of clubs (you get them after winning the triple crown) so I would recommend sticking with the standard clubs for fun and challenge. With the hidden clubs you don't have to read the greens at all and that's not as fun but they do allow you to score eagles which are a practical impossibility with the standard clubs. If you want to have hours of fun buy this game!

I found turf masters to be very entertaining if you like golf. the controls are easy, the graphics are nice, and you'll probably find yourself playing it for hours. It has several levels of difficulty from easy to very hard. It also keeps records of all your players stats. My only complaint is the number of courses, although three courses are satisfying I would like to have seen more. This game is a must have for the golfer in you.

I bought this game because I have a working neo-geo pocket. I love this portable console, i just love it. SNK was such a great company, everything was of quality. Lately I been searching for old games and thought this game was a good item. Well it was pretty cheap and it really is a very small and simple game, 3 courses 4 players and that's that. Some cups as well and practice mode. The game is pretty easy to use but hard to master. I get PAR on almost all my holes with difficulty... its a normal game. Enjoyable as well, perfect to kill some time. You can't save a game without finishing the 18 holes, ahhh... I don't like that.

Picked up a neo*geo for cheap and got this game. Pretty good game even though its limited to 4 courses and a small number of golfers. What stands out is the gameplay as it should. I am glad its better than average since this is the only golf game on the Pocket Color for the links lovers.

I too am not a large fan of golf games but I must compliment this one as it does prove itself to be adequete BUT it lacks longevity with me. I'll play for about twenty minutes then switch to SNK vs Capcom:MOTM. but it's still good.
