I don't recommend this poster. It is out of date since this poster covers 1.0 not even 1.1. (And we are on 3.0 now) So unless you need a 1.0 reference don't bother.

Not well illustrated nor complete.,

This item was not well illustrated and it wasn't a complete set of the .NET Framework Class Library. I would recommend "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Poster Pack" by Jeffrey Richter's for a nearly complete set of diagram of the Class Library and hierarchy.
