i bought blinds from browns window coverings and i would never buy them for a friend,maybe an enemy then he would come after me to get even,no not even an enemy.they are china rejects,made on mondayNEW 1" BLACK VINYL MINI BLIND - 31" WIDE X 64" LONG MINI BLINDS--i don't know why they call them new they keep sending back the one's people try with no success to get there money back ,time,time,time,and time again,until the box wears out.you think im kidding jump in.have fun
