Ordered product and it came right away, BUT it did not work. Emailed company and they sent another one. Same results...did not work. So, I was at Walmart the other day and saw a Motorola universal wall charger for $12...plugged it in and it worked fine. Would not recommend buying this product!

The charger that was sent to me did not work at all. I was very impressed though with the customer service department which sent me a new charger (that did work) very quickly.

I read the other reviews that said it didn't work and I thought, well it's only a couple of bucks so I'll give it a try. Well, it was a waste of a couple of bucks - I could have had a latte and enjoyed it much, much more. Product didn't work at all!!
