I selected a five-star rating...not for the item, but for the merchant. As luck would have it, the battery was not the correct item for my cell phone (it is U540, while I really needed M540). I called the vendor and was instructed to return the items and a refund would be issued. The CSR with whom I spoke was pleasant and helpful, and the refund hit my account in a very short time. I will do business with this company again should they have in stock the items I need.

This was a great price but the battery isn't that great. It doesn't seem to hold a charge very long. But you get what you pay for and since Verizon charges $30 for a battery, I could buy many of these even if they don't last as long. If you need a battery desperately but can't justify paying that much, this is the way to go.
