NFL FEVER 2004 is the best football game I've ever played. Madden 2004 doesn't even come close to this football game. The graphics are awsome and the game play is even better. I love the create a player mode in this game. They give you so many different choices on every detail of your guy. Dynasty mode is great you can build your own personlized team and lead them to the super-bowl. This game is well worth 50 bucks. Take it from me you wont be disappointed.

Forget everything bad you've ever heard about the first two Fevers, this one is completely different. If you've played either of the previous two, you might recognize the control scheme, but most likely nothing else.

The Graphics and animations have been completely redone, and players now resemble their real life counter parts. There are a lot of new tackling animations, and the way players run has been really smoothed out. Gone are the flaws like being able to get 10 sacks a game, 5 interceptions a game, and the ease of blocking field goals. NFL Fever has now added a little feature called defensive A.I.!

Maybe one of the biggest additions to the game falls in the passing category. The old school one button passing is still there, but unless you're a beginner, it won't bring you much success. The second option is trigger passing, giving you the ability to pinpoint the height and strength of your throws. The third, and hardest, is Read and Lead. You'll be using the right joy stick to aim your throws, and the trigger to pass. This will definetly take some time to learn, but it will be neccessary for maximum success.

The highlight of NFL Fever 2004, however, will undoubtedly be XSN Sports. With it you can organize your own leagues online, and all you have to worry about is showing up for the games. XSNsports.com will keep track of everything else.

As much as NFL Fever has improved, it still has it's downfalls. Somehow the announcing has gotten worse. They appear to have no concept of time at all, often questioning simple plays like taking a knee or going to a no huddle offense. Replays are not as smooth as they once were, and it often looks awkardly fast when players run to the line of scrimmage.

Overall, the NFL Fever series has now become a worthy contender in the football market. It doesn't have all the quirky little features like Madden, but it has transformed into a solid game of football. Anyone who's never played a game of NFL Fever should definetly give it a rent, but if you moderatly enjoyed the 2002, or 2003 editions, don't hesitate on picking this one up.

This is a Spectacular Game! The tackles are more realistic than ever! The Graphics are to good to be true! The QB has a escaping move which I love. The season is Spectacular! Over 17 Weeks of FUN! Online play (I saw somone playing it) Is great. You get to play against you friends when they can't come over! You get to trash talk, the works! I recomend you buy this game.

I've played many football games and this one is the best ever. It is way better than the Madden games, the NFL 2K game, and ESPN games. They did a better job on this one than the last ones. You can bring your created players into your dynasty with you. The running is more realistic and you just don't go speeding by guys. You can make your own plays. When it was snowing the snow was only on the field and not on the sidelines. You can't make any teams. This one has online and the other ones didn't. THIS IS THE BEST GAME EVER!!!!!!!!

NFL Fever 2004 This game was awesome!!! Even though it's old, I found that the graphics better than Madden '09; even more so about the game play.

This game is just awesome. You got sweet tackle animations great interception animation. It also contains a bring your own jock running game you either bring the wood or dont come at all the defense is amazing even on rookie. the stiff arm button is great. The way the ball flys off of certain Quarterbacks hand is just sweet. The spiral is great you can see every grain of pigskin on the ball spinning the presentation is top notch. Imagine hitting a reciver on a perfect slant route and taking it across the field ala Terrell Owens and beating the safety to the corner and taking it to the house. It can be done in this game and it's just awesome. I love the way the players look Madden 06 stole the player looks on this game three years later heh! I just love throwing back to pass counting my steps and unleashing a sweet throw to my tight end ending his out route it's just too sweet. You gotta see this for your self. I play this everyday for better health I live and breathe ball. Fever has just the reciepe for awesomeness.

unlike the 2003 Fever game, which only really added the Texans, NFL Fever 2004 is a completely new and revamped game. The graphics are flat out AMAZING. game play is smooth with life like faces of both players and coaches and new better looking player models.

NFL Fever 2004 for XBox is a PERFECT gift for little kids. the game is awsome, the best graphics of any football game easily, very easy gameplay, and just flat out fun. you can also add custom soundtracks to the menu, but not the actual game like in ESPN 2k4 football.

and if you want to keep with the jones, you can create the new players like Alex Smith, Eli Manning, Larry Fitzgerald, etc.

again, perfect game for little kids with amazing graphics.

Good graphics. You can throw the ball almost all the way down the field. You will love will love how realistic it is. Don't hesitate to buy.

This game is great and it is online! Is Madden NO!!! I don't think many of the people who have reviewed the game even played it. If you think I am lying, go rent it and make the call. No it's not perfect but neither was Madden in its third year. I like all of the passing options and the graphics and commentary are great!

I still think that NFL Fever is the best football game for the XBOX, as it uses all of the XBOX's capabilities (unlike Madden, which is available on almost all consoles). Sure the game has its problems, but pound for pound, the action and the ease of learning the play, is still great.
