This is a rebroadcast of the entire game - and best thing of all: no commercials!!! Of course, there is also little in the way of pregame, and no halftime, but other than one or two times where I thought I could perceive an edit made in the broadcast to fit everything into 2 hours or so, this is the actual broadcast, from beginning to end.

I am a lifelong Bills fan who lived in NYC when this game was played, so because of the blackout imposed in Buffalo for this game, this what about the only time for me that living in NYC worked to my advantage as far as seeing the Bills on TV when they were in their glory years. I remember the game well, and taped it and have revisited that tape (fast-forwarding much of the first half, of course), and this DVD appears to me to be a 98 or 99% complete rebroadcast.

Remember that this is presented in original, pre-hi-def NTSC format, so this will play on your big screen like any analog broadcast of today (e.g., NBC, instead of NBCHD). Charlie Jones and Todd Christensen (spelling?) do the play-by-play and the color commentary (and dig Todd's early 90's, permed mullet!).

This DVD is NOT the same as the NFL Films retrospective on the game shown on ESPN over the last few years, which was shot on film and included interviews with game participants many years later (and which does show well on a big screen). Of course, that was a great NFL Films presentation in and of itself, and a great complement to this DVD.

Regardless, to have this historic artifact at this low price makes this a GREAT VALUE for any Bills Fan!!!

This is a great gift for any Bills fan as it is the "greatest comeback in NFL history."

I attended this game, and it was the most amazing comeback I ever saw.

This DVD captures it - perfectly. Too bad Buffalo ran into Dallas (52-17) at Super Bowl later that year.

After this game, all Bills fans believed we were a team of destiny...

Anyway, given the pain of watching recent Bills football, this DVD was fun and it was great to relive this game. Great job!

As a Bills fan I have so little to currently cheer about that I am forced to relive one of our better moments. I had a VHS tape that I recorded of this game, and while the video was not as good as the DVD, it included the pre-game, halftime and post-game commentaries. I had not realized it until now, but those "extras" made a big difference. The DVD concatenates each play and includes the commentators audio, but it feels empty. Still, what a game!

Warren Moon could do nothing wrong for three quarters...
But the Buffalo Bills, and Frank Riech would not lie down.
The Bills passing attack with Andre reed and Don Beebe,

First of all, I'm a Patriots fan. sorry. But anyone who truly loves the game of football will agree, regardless of which team you follow....This is THE greatest game in football history. period.

Forget the Ice Bowl, The 58 Colts v Giants championship game, Super Bowl III, The '81 playoff at the Orange Bowl as San Diego collapsed and found it again against the Dolphins, this '93 Bills game can't be beat. It's the all-time classic in the history of the NFL.

I remember sitting slack-jawed with eyes popping out my skull as by the final quarter America and I were thinking "what the hell could possibly happen next?" and simultaneously being dumbfounded by the deafening noise of the Bills 12th man in the third quarter. WHAT A NOISE ! the memory will live forever. I just wished i was there in the flesh to witness it. It must have been incredible for Bills fans. What a game! THE game!

Just an awesome, incredible and sublime and ridiculous afternoons entertainment, still as potently watchable today as it will be in another 15 years time. and the 50 years after that. The game of the ages, for all ages, it's just timeless. Thank you Buffalo Bills for giving us this unforgettable game.

watching this DVD every now and then reminds us why we have within us a deep love and passion for this incredible game of football that we all cherish.

Now I can wear my Greatest Comeback sweatshirt while watching the game! I lived in Buffalo when this game was played, and had to listen to it on the radio. I've seen bad VHS copies, probably taped from a TV screen, but never got to see that actual game until now. My only issue is that they used the NFL announcers instead of our more colorful Buffalo announcers who really added excitement to the comeback.

Wow what a game! Down by thirty three points, Kelly out with an injury and Frank Reich miraculously stages a win! A real barn burner of a game, you'll be on the edge of your seat for two hours....

I was living in Cleveland,Ohio and desided to vist my then girlfriend, and she had two tickets and while at the the game for the first half of the game i was ready to do something else but since she had the tickets, I went with her program,I'm very glad i stayed the second half was "awsome" While I was a browns fan I'd always root for whoever was the AFC champion, that was one wild game, for a team to be that far behind only to comeback to win was super great.

I was at this game! Since it wasn't on local TV, a friend (long ago) gave me a (about 3rd generation) copy of a video-tape a family member had made & copied numerous times. I was walking through a store earlier this week, and the store had a football game playing on a plasma TV. A bunch of people were watching, so I glanced and said "Is that the Comeback Game"? They said it was so I too, watched for a while. Then we asked if the store had the DVD & the answer was "no" that was the only copy. Well, once I knew it existed, I searched and bought it earlier in the week from Amazon! How fabulous!! What an experience that was! This is a great way to do it again... over & over!
