I don't think this DVD set is going to come out. I checked WB website and they don't have this DVD set listed. Not sure why they decided to withdrawal the Lions.

My suggestions (Please make this happen!), November 22, 2011
This review is from: NFL Greatest Games: Detroit Lions Greatest Games (DVD)
I've been wondering if the Lions were going to get a set. Maybe now that they're good again, this stalled project will get restarted.
These would be my choices:
-The monday night comeback led by Eric Hipple against Dallas (1981)
-The playoff win against Dallas from the 1991 season
-Barry Sanders breaks the 2000 yard season mark against the Jets in 1997 where the winner made the playoffs and the loser was out (13-10 Lions win)
-the infamous Phil Luckett coin toss 1998 Thanksgiving vs Steelers in what was I think the last Lions win that season, and thus ever of Barry Sanders.
There hasn't been much in the Ford Field era to compare (yet), but it looks like many more games worthy of being included in such a set will be upcoming by the Lions.
-the 2011 Monday Night win (first MNF in Ford Field) against Chicago would probably be considered the most important win so far, because it signaled the Lions are back as a respectable franchise (on national tv) and meant so much to the fans who had to suffer through such misery the past decade.
And really, could we get the whole broadcasts with the network intros and theme music, along with any post game interviews? The music used by NBC from 1995-1997 (Randy Edelman) is one of my favorite sports themes (yes, I'm familiar with enough to actually rank them :) The Jets game had that theme as it was on NBC during their last year covering the AFC before being outbid by CBS and featured the top broadcasting team of Dick Enberg, Phil Sims and Paul Maguire.
But please, make this set happen. Detroit has always had high attendance even during sub par years, imagine how eager fans would be to purchase such a set when they know the Lions will win every game.

If it's not old, it's not going to be any good!, June 23, 2008

Crash is right! Since about 1980 almost any Lion's game is available
on film somewhere. If this DVD doesn't have some game highlights from the
championship years of the Fifties, it will be a big waste! There will certainly be a lot of focus on Barry Sanders. That's cool, but it ain't enoughI Dan K
