The first (primary) and last photo of this item shows a silver pen in case. The two middle pictures show possibly a black pen but it is hard to tell. The description does not specify if the pen is black or silver finish. My assumption was that the pen would be silver since that is what the MAIN picture shows. It arrived and was black, which I was not expecting. Its not worth the hassle of a return, especially this close to Christmas, but I would have preferred the pen to look as it appeared in the image advertised.
