Realistic beyond the competition,
This review is from: NFL Quarterback Club 2001 (Game Cartridge)
This game rocks Madden's world. Although Madden is fun to play with a friend, QB Club 2001 is great to play a season by yourself, or create a team. The graphics are great, and so is the gameplay. All of the annoying bugs and other glitches in the older versions seem to have been fixed. Plus, the players don't move so "choppy" anymore. And overall, I think it's a very improved game from the 2000 version.

Say goodbye to madden and blitz. The most realistic football game ever from nintendo is here. Plus all new EZ catch and passing modes make playing this game fun. Very addictive. The create teams and players modes are the best. No other football game compares to this in graphics or play-ability

This game is the bomb. It has the best graphics(basically no cubic things) and fun game plays. If you thought this game was bad, well think again! I would strongly recommend it! If you don't buy it, then you will miss the real heat of football madness.

I have played Madden 2001. It is exactly like Madden 2000. I think QBC 2001 is much better than 2000. It has new modes, more updated rosters.

Madden Who?,

Quarterback Club 2001 is the absolute best! On the internet I bought Madden 2001 without playing it. I rented it the next day and I completly hate it! I quickly got on the internet and canceled my order for Madden. I then ordered QB club 2001 on Amazon. The game play on QB club is smooth, and realistic. madden is choppy and all the players are fat. The graphics are horrible on Madden. QB Club 2001 has improved 100% from last year. If you are looking for a football game for the n64 this year you must get QB Club 2001.

NFL Quarterback Club 2001 is a decent game. The graphics are some of the best that I have seen in a football game. The audio is the best when you turn it off though. The commentators say the same boring and not funny comments over and over again. This game is too much like the Madden games, in that whenever you have a lead the AI finds away to make your team fall apart so they can get the lead from you. This game is best played with friends because it takes away the annoying computer.

Awful, awful, awful.,

Let's see, Acclaim promised a slew of improvements, but the only thing I found that was improved was the pass-catching system. The defense only got worse. Power-backs lowering their shoulders works seldomly. It STILL takes players around 30 seconds to cross the field. Pass releases sometimes force your QB to stand still and get hit before they throw. Rosters are still an abomination. I think the people that said this year's game would get better made their mothers cry.

This game franchise should be renamed "Go buy madden (year)" becase every year people rent this game and then go out and buy madden. This game has been horrible every year since it started on the N64, and i am surprised that they are still getting the NFL liscense. I would not be surprised to see this game franchise disappear by next year.
