It's hockey tape.,

What can you say about hockey tape? It is sticky on one side and not on the other. I used this tape to wrap the handles of my bass fishing rods and it enhanced the grippiness of the handles and prevented the foam from soaking up fish blood and slime. I plan on getting more to do all of my rods.
