I love Effinger's work, his Budayeen anthology was incredible! The Nick of Time is absolutely one of the best time travel books I've ever read. It was funny, witty and very clever. It had me captivated all the way through. I would recommend to anyone who likes reading time travel, a fan of George A. Effinger or just looking for a great, captivating read.

Not sure why this book is out of print--it is a really clever, intelligent and funny book! And the non-Amazon supplier from which I got it was excellent. My copy is an old library book in very good condition!
