Author shows both sides of story. Gives lots of examples and explains how to (and how not to) act. Very readable and informitive. Also does'nt take sides making nimbys look like the bad guys, shows how the idea comes to be and how to defuse it. Developers should read the book to improve community relations and cut down on expense of getting local support.
