I have been using Nioxin products for about 5 or 6 years and they are great! I use the leave in treatment, as well as the shampoo and conditioner. I'm 53 and I suffer from losing my hair due to stress and I think I've inherited some tendency for 'thinning' in my crown area (receding hairline). This product has done wonders for my hair and my self-esteem. It didn't take long to see new growth my hair line and it makes the rest of my hair feel as thick as it was when I was younger. Some people may say it isn't worth using because once you start, you need to use it always. But, it's a simple thing for me to do. I spray my hairline in the front and back, some in the mid section of the back of my head and even spray some on the ends, everyday. Just a little goes a long way. I would highly recommend this..

I ordered the Nioxin Scalp Treatment and received Nioxin Scalp Activating Treatment. I called the makers of Nioxin who told me that the product I received was old and had expired. Next I contacted the seller who responded by saying she would look into it when she returned to the office on Monday (this was a Saturday - I think). I didn't hear from her and sent her another email. That was at least 2 - 3 weeks ago and I still haven't heard back. I am now disputing it on my charge card.
