Everyday I open this Bible I read about something encouraging, consoling,and spiritually uplifting. it is a wonderful source to read about the experiences of Godly women.I have given this book as a present to several relations including my mother and sister. I am presently trying to order more to give to some other friends and relations who have also seen and loved this Bible.

You do not have to be a scholar to understand this bible, as it is written in contemporary English and is specifically geared to women. All women. Working/Moms/single etc. Since it is enjoyable reading, it will make a fine and lasting gift for a women friend.

The devotionals are "real". Any mom can relate. The devotionals make you WANT to read beyond the recommended Scriptures, because you realize how much relevance they hold for your life. This was the best gift my husband ever gave me!
